It's time to embark on that journey NOW. I am devoted to creating space for rapid transformation in the classes & events I facilitate. I have developed COGA as a journey deep in to the self, using a physical practice to ground & move the body. What does this actually look like? Gently guided by me as your instructor, you'll explore each posture with curiosity in a safe, playful space.

Coga is the space you walk in to and leave all the preconceived ideas you have of yourself behind, to find the most authentic version of you. 

 
 

WHO IS COGA FOR?

In short - EVERY CURVE AND EVERY BODY. Have a body? You can do COGA. If you want the specifics.... COGA is aimed for anyone who:

  • thinks they aren’t flexible/thin/athletic enough to do yoga
  • feel confronted about taking a regular yoga class
  • need to build confidence in a safe atmosphere
  • find it hard to de-stress
  • are ready to take their self-care to the next level
  • want to take the first step toward optimal wellness

WHAT'S YOUR INVESTMENT?

Just show up. You're worth it. (And go get yourself a yoga mat. Nothing too fancy is needed.)
